Change font family and size when converting from Markdown to Word?

问题 I am trying to learn Basics of Markdown and Pandoc to speed up my academic writing. I would like to ask whether it possible to define font family and font size, when converting from Markdown (.md) file to Word-2016 (.docx) file? I tried two methods: I added --- mainfont: "Palatino" --- to the *.md file. I tried to add -- variable mainfont="Palatino" to the command line when converting files. Neither method produces desired font change. Could anyone advise on the proper method of setting the

问题 as the title states, my question is about pandocs md to pdf. When I convert a markdown like # Title ...... text that is about a 3/4 page ![image that is too large to fit page](image.png) Some more text then the text after the image "some more text" is displayed on the first page and the image gets pushed to the second page, which changes the order of my content. What i can do is something like # Title ...... text that is about a 3/4 page \newpage ![image that is too large to fit page](image

Is there an option to control output page orientation (using knitr->pander->pandoc->docx)

问题 I am playing with Tal's intro to producing word tables with as little overhead as possible in real world situations. (Please see for reproducible examples there - Thanks, Tal!) In real application, tables are to wide to print them on a portrait-oriented page, but you might not want to split them. Sorry if I have overlooked this in the pandoc or pander documentation, but how do I control page orientation (portrait/landscape) when writing from R to a Word .docx file? I maybe should add tat I

Pandoc Markdown to PDF image position

问题 When converting a Markdown document to PDF with pandoc, my images are not placed in the same position I put them in the source code. I believe this is due to the conversion through LaTeX, but I'm not sure how to remedy this in the Markdown source. If I use a placeholder image with several paragraphs of sample text and strategically place the image in the source, it becomes too big to fit on the page in the place where I've put it, so the LaTeX layout engine kindly places it on the next page.

In Bookdown, `\textcolor` is not recognized when I attempt to compile an epub book using Pandoc

问题 In bookdown, it appears that \textcolor in latex is not recognized when I try to compile using bookdown::render_book('bookdown::epub_book') even though I have added \usepackage{xcolor} into the preamble.tex file. Is there a reason for this? 回答1: Let's have a look at the way the document is processed. I will leave out processing by the knitr and R Markdown packages and focus on pandoc, which is the final step when converting from Markdown to any other format. Pandoc first parses the document
