elasticsearch6.1.1中curl操作索引

新版的elasticsearch在使用curl创建索引的时候报错：

:"Content-Type header [application/x-www-form-urlencoded] is not supported","status":406

解决办法：指定请求头即可

curl -H "Content-Type: application/json" -XPUT 'http://127.0.0.1:9200/kc22k2_test' -d '
