I'm looking for a way to determine what process template was used for a team project after it has been created. I can now only guess by looking at the work item types. I could not find any option in Visual Studio to retrieve this information. I need to know what processs template was used for team projects not created by myself. If you check your work item type: Scrum = Product Backlog Item Agile = User Story CMMI = Requirement For TFS 2010 & TFS 2012, you can follow below process to determine which process template a team project used: Go to Team Explorer; Open Documents folder; Process

We have upgraded our TFS 2008 to 2010, and now I would also like to change the process template to MSF for Agile (currently CMMI). We haven't used the workitem functionality much so if some information gets lost in the conversion doesn't matter. Jason Barile Once you've created a Team Project, you unfortunately can't just upload a new process template. As Robaticus says, you'll have to download the XML for the template and modify it, then re-upload it. The power tool lets you create NEW templates

问题 I'm using Visual Studio Team Services (previously Team Foundation Service, not Team Foundation Server) and I need to migrate a team project process template from Agile to Scrum. Doe anyone know how to do it? 回答1: There are a couple of different ways to go about this, depending on what you want at the end. Most importantly, there is no way to change the process template from one to the other inside a Team Project, so you'll have to create a new Team Project with the Scrum Template to migrate
