Hidding toolbar for reports created using SSRS 2008 in CRM 2011

I have created report in SSRS 2008 and have attached them to the dashboard. The report is displaying fine, except for the fact that about 15-20 % of the space gets occupied by SSRS menu toolbar which has options for printing/zooming etc. Is there a way for me to minimize that tool bar? I also have a parameter bar that I can hide. But it doesn't stay hidden by default. Is there a way for me to temporarily hide the parameter bar when the dashboard loads? while googling i got this link but when i add that parameter to the report which is deployed i am getting CRM error. i am not very sure on the

Localization of Reporting Services-Reports (.rdl / .rdlc-Files)

i need to localize a Reporting Services-report (.rdlc) and i would like to do it using a ressource-file (.resx). I found pages like this and that and they use custom code to achieve their target. But pages like Setting the Report Language Parameter in a URL give me the impression that localization in reports is possible without custom code. So, it is possible to localize a Reporting Services-report without custom code ? If so, is there a tutorial that explains how it's done? What in the report do you want to localize? values from the database? Those should be retrieved from the database in the

Editing RDL files with Visual Studio 2008

I have installed SQL Server 2008 Express on two workstations. On one workstation, it has updated the VS2008 installation so that I can create reporting projects containing reports as *.rdl files. On the other workstations, VS2008 can only create/edit *.rdlc files. The report edition interface is also different. I do not understand where the difference comes from. Two major differences between the two workstations are: - one is x86 and had no VS installation before installing SQL Server 2008 Express - the other one is x64 and had VS2005 and VS2008 previously installed I feel like on the second

How can I get SSRS and Chrome to work together?

Chrome is my preferred browser; I need to interact with SQL Server Reporting Services, though, and when I navigate to a report created with Report Builder (*.rdl file), in Chrome I get no contextual menu. When hovering over the report, it does "light up" (a yellow border is drawn around it) and a dropdown arrow appears in the NE corner, but clicking it does nothing whatsoever. In IE, it works just fine. However, I really don't want to use IE if I don't have to. Sharepoint has similar issues (things that can't be done in Chrome and Firefox work fine in IE). Do I just have to "bite the bullet"

I have a project in Visual Studio 2017 with .NET Framework 4. For reports I use the RDLC designer, but I have a problem. The designer creates the reports using RDL 2016 and I need you to use the 2010 definition. Can I configure this? I need it since the program has to be compatible with Windows XP and there is no ReportViewer Runtime that supports RDL 2016 for Windows XP. Ricky A. I had the same problem, but if a did a new report it was all right, the new report was created and saved with the old schema: xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/sqlserver/reporting/2008/01/reportdefinition". C# Winform - How to display real time reports by passing 3 variables to ReportViewer namely Reportname(RDL file), SQLstring and Connectionstring

问题 What is the most elegant way to pass RDL file, SQL and Connection string to ReportViewer Control on Winform C# project for displaying report at run time. Introduction: I recently started working on Report creation on Windows. I found that RDLC files act as static files with no need for Connection string or SQL statements, so we need to pass DataSource to it in order to fill it with data at run time. This does not serve our purpose. RDL files however can take SQL statements and Connection

问题 I can see the SSRS reports via the Report Manager in the browser. I know what database server it's pointing to. How do I find where the source .rdl files are kept? 回答1: The source file is stored in the ReportServer database of the SSRS instance you're looking at. See Report Server Database in Books Online: The report server database is a SQL Server database that stores the following content: Items managed by a report server (reports and linked reports, shared data sources, report models,
