问题 I am asking how to switch from client1 to client2 where client1 belongs to stream1 and client2 belongs to stream2. What I am looking for it to do the same as being in p4v and then right click on a workspace and selecting 'switch to workspace' Note, that if your current workspace is client1 and you use: p4 client -s -S //DEPOT/stream2 or p4 client -s S //DEPOT/stream2 client2 it won't change the workspace in the p4v GUI. 问题 I have following perforce streams structure: main branch and 2 development branches linked to it dev_v1 and dev_v2 . Both development streams has some build control files where version specific variables are located. 问题 I tried integrating the changes from classic depot to stream depot through p4v. Steps below: 1) I moved to classic deport client which has both depot paths (source & destination paths) in client view. 2) ran p4 merge/integrate from my classic depot. 3) Given target location in p4v in p4merge window. 4) File got opened in my client. 5) Did 'p4 submit'. 问题 Can we edit the stream views once created? i have created 'main' stream with views below. View: share temp/... share ktm/... I have a child stream 'ptb_stream' created from 'main'.I have updated the views below for child stream. View: import temp/... share ktm/... which creates my child steam with only 'ktm' in it. Now, i just made the change in my child stream view 'ptb_stream' as below. View: import temp/... import ktm/... when i do that i am still seeing the folders in that child stream
