For my plot, I would like the ggplot2::geom_step()
line alignment to be centered around my points, instead of aligned to the left
In highcharter::hc_add_series(type = "line")
there is an option called step = "center"
. See my jsfiddle for the look I am going for in ggplot2

You can use position = position_nudge(x = -0.5)
I adjusted your lcl and ucl values to make the change easier to see.
