Can't create a new angular project

问题

Tried creating a new angular Project using,

ng new Project

All the files are created, just the node modules folder isn't created and it ends with this message

As suggested I tried,

npm cache clean --force

and

npm install

The issue still stays...

It would require further information to proceed troubleshooting, but what you can try to do is:

1. Delete manually directory npm and npm-cache in ../AppData/Roaming
2. Run in your terminal npm cache clean --force
3. Install your package with npm install -g @angular/cli
