My website is: https://testfnm11.blogspot.com which is based on the Blogger Dynamic Views “Mosaic” template. (I have set the template to display Desktop view on Mobile devices).
Bug: Always, the first (latest) Post in the site doesn't load fully, it loads only about half the page. On my site, at the moment the first page is "Windows to my World". (However, if you close the page and open another page, and then re-open the first page, then the page does open fully).
This is a bug not only in my site, but in all Dynamic Views MOSAIC blogs. This is a know bug in this Mosaic template, several people have commented on it on the Blogger help forum, but no one has been able to suggest a solution there.
Additionally, this bug also manifests itself on any item in the Menu (Galleries). For instance, if you select Netherlands in the menu, the first page "Amsterdam" will not open fully.
Would someone kindly suggest a fix?

ps: FYI my website is customised as per this post on SO: How to stop a Page from auto-scrolling UP on Mobile devices? (using Blogger Dynamic Views “Mosaic” template) However this customisation has nothing to do with this bug, this bug errors on all Mosaic templates.
