Array ordering in Julia

问题 Is there a way to work with C-ordered or non-contiguous arrays natively in Julia? For example, when using NumPy, C-ordered arrays are the default, but I can initialize a Fortran ordered array and do computations with that as well. One easy way to do this was to take the Transpose of a matrix. I can also work with non-contiguous arrays that are made via slicing. I have looked through the documentation, etc. and can't find a way to make, declare, or work with a C-ordered array in Julia. The

Where is juliarc (the Julia startup file)?

问题 I gather that Julia used to have a file called juliarc.jl that let you specify things that you wanted Julia to do upon startup. Some time ago, it lived in ~/.julia/config/startup.jl , according to this reference. I now have Julia 1.0.0 on a Windows 7 machine, and I have neither the directory ~/.julia/config nor any files called juliarc.jl . What is the modern way to tell Julia to do some tasks on startup? 回答1: The location of files has changed in Julia 1.0 (ref: https://github.com/JuliaLang

Global variable not defined in Julia

问题 A similar question has been previously asked here, but according to the answer to that question and the Julia manual, the following .jl script should work. global myVar = spzeros(10,1); myVar[3] = 1; function test_base() test1(); end function test1() myVar = [ i > 0 ? 2 : 0 for i in myVar] #doesn't work end I explicitly declare a variable global and then try to modify it inside a function. However when I attempt to run the function test1(), it says that the variable is undefined. julia>

How to install Julia in an anaconda environment?

问题 One of the main features of Anaconda is that it is language agnostic as stated in their blog: You can create environments of any binary dependency tree (different versions of Python, R, Julia, etc.). Recently I switched from using virtualenv to Anaconda in Python, so I was curious to try Julia in an Anaconda environment. However, I couldn't find instructions explicit enough to install Julia successfully. First, I tried naively conda create -n julia-test julia . Obviously, it didn't work. Then
