问题 I have just upgraded to Eclipse Juno 4.2. I have a completely clean new workspace, but have imported projects that have previously been used in Eclipse 3.7 and therefore have some Eclipse metadata in them. When moving to 4.2 I converted a project to use "Project Facets". The only Facet enabled is "Java". However, I regularly get "JPA Java Change Event Handler (Waiting)" appearing in my progress view. I do have JPA annotated classes within the project, but I do not have the JPA facet enabled.

问题 I'm using Eclipse PDT on a rather large PHP project and the IDE is almost unusable. It takes nearly 30 seconds to open a file, and other actions, like selecting a folder in the file explorer, editing some text, etc. are equally slow. 问题 I've had some issues with slowness switching tabs in Eclipse 4.2 Juno and was hoping someone might have some answers. The original delay was about 10 seconds which dropped to 2-4 once I specified the java vm in the eclipse.ini file, but that's still slower than I think it should be.
