我用的win10电脑，电脑设备连接了外接显示器、USB串口设备，发现有时候插U盘都会导致屏幕鼠标乱窜，鼠标用的蓝牙连接。然后就查了一下鼠标驱动，禁用了下面红色框中的驱动（可看到已经禁用），禁用后小红帽和鼠标都可以用，跳屏问题也解决了，对于这块也不太熟悉，不知道是否其它环境什么情况，作为参考吧。来源： CSDN 作者： smile_cctv 链接： https://blog.csdn.net/smile_cctv/article/details/104606335

问题 I am working on a CCTV project which employs ONVIF. I use a Winform sample, which is provided by "ONVIF Device Manager" project, to obtain video frames from a camera. (You can find it here) It was working fine if I connect to one camera. But, if I connect to six cameras some picture box does not redraw when I assign new images in DrawFrame(). I have 16 analog cameras feeding in to my Defender DVR. I'm able to access the camera feeds locally by going to a specific port and entering login details using an ActiveX control in IE. I can also view them through apps from the Apple apps tore on my iPad by simply entering my external IP address, port number, and login credentials. My question is, if I wanted to create an app similar to those in the app store. How would I go about communicating with the DVR's stream of videos/images? I'd image I need to poll the IP address to get the data but I'm not sure what type of connection is needed
