1、在pgadmin中创建一个数据库

2、创建扩展

CREATE EXTENSION postgis;
CREATE EXTENSION pgrouting;
CREATE EXTENSION postgis_topology;

CREATE EXTENSION postgis_tiger_geocoder;
CREATE EXTENSION address_standardizer;
