定时器（timer0）中断步骤：

• 设置timer0时钟
  Timer input clock Frequency = PCLK / {prescaler value+1} / {divider value}
  =50000000/(99+1)/16=31500
  
  
• 设置timer0初值
  
• 加载初值，启动timer0
• 设置为自动加载并启动
