On our web server I'm trying to install WCF RIA V1 SP2. When I try to install, it prompts me to install "Silverlight 5 Developer Runtime" first. I have already installed "Silverlight 5 Runtime" (Not developer) and Silverlight 5 SDK on the server. So I am searching for Silverlight 5 Developer Runtime, and I could not find any link to download it on Microsoft Web Site.
On Stackoverflow, there are similar questions and links are provided. But those links are direct download link, and some are old and some are broken. So I cant trust direct download link.
I am looking for Microsoft Website page which let me select to download "Silverligt 5 Developer Runtime"
every time I search I end up here and I couldn't see it there

Silverlight 5 Tools for Visual Studio 2010 contains Silverlight 5 Developer Runtime.
Or latest security update (KB2847559).
