How to authenticate specific single page/URL in .htaccess and Codeigniter?

I have Add htaccess authentication only for this URL "welcome/list" no another all pages/URLs

Order Allow, Deny
Satisfy any
Allow all
Require valid-user

Deny from env=welcome_list
