Get specific WooCommerce product data on “added_to_cart” javascript event

On WooCommerce, I would like to implement the following event tracking script when customer use the Ajax add to cart:

I know that I can use "added_to_cart" event this way:

But I have no idea how to get the product data like sku, quantity, price…

How can I get specific WooCommerce product data on "added_to_cart" javascript event?

First, there is not all required the data on default WooCommerce added_to_cart Javascript event, but you can add as many as you want in a custom way. Then it will be easy to get that data.

Here is the code:
