sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder && echo macOS DNS Cache Reset

CentOS

nscd -i hosts
service nscd restart

Archlinux

sudo systemctl restart nscd

Windows

ipconfig /flushdns

Other Linux

sudo rcnscd restart
