根据提示的错误，网上给出了多种方案：
1. 有可能是写like的时候出错了，不要写成like '%#{keywords}%'，而是like '%${keywords}%'
因为${keywords}是不带单引号的，而#{keywords}是带单引号的
2. 在mysql中，我们执行like（模糊查询）时，是这样写的
select * from table1 where userName like '%张%'；
但是在mybatis的xml中，like必须写成这样：（${name}不带‘’传值）
经综合考虑后，使用了一下方案：
And u.username like CONCAT(CONCAT('%',#{user.username}),'%')
