问题
My objective is to automatically reload frame based on a fixed interval and please note that I do not own this webpage. The webpage is what I always frequent and here is the address:

Currently I'm reloading the frame manually by right-clicking within the page and then choose "Reload Frame". See screenshot below:

So What I need to know is:
- Is there a way to run a script and make the Frame reload automatic
- For the script, is it possible to put the script in Chrome Snippet and run it? See Chrome Snippet screenshot here:
