I always had an "SSL operation failed" error when using Simple HTML DOM Parser, but I managed to deal with it by placing "cacert.pem" into a relevant folder on my web server. As I am trying to develop my website locally on AMPPS, I cannot find the exact same route and directory. Does anyone know where to put it on AMPPS or other ways to solve this problem?
