I want to make simple sticker camera application. In Camera screen there will be a sticker and when the user press capture button it will capture the image with the sticker. Actually there will be two layers. One for camera picture and other for sticker.

I have made a similar project, may be with minimal modifications you can arrive at your desired functionality.
Clone from github and build apk and test the app.
Remember to give permissions for accessing STORAGE.
