Map a IDDCX_MONITOR to a HMONITOR

问题

Is there any API that can map an IDDCX_MONITOR to a HMONITOR? Or at least get the RECT of an IDDCX_MONITOR so that I can match it by hands.

I know that several IDDCX_MONITORs may have the same RECT therefor point to the same HMONITOR, but it doesn't matter.
