坑1:按照官网装完依赖库后,出现cannot find -lhdf5 解决方法: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu# cp libhdf5_serial.so.10.1.0 libhdf5.so
caffe编译找不到hdf5的库,已经get安装了库,把usr下的库改下名字就ok了
坑2:make pycaffe的时候会出现找不到hdf5.h文件,在config文件中把hdf5文件的目录包含进来。
解决方法: INCLUDE_DIRS := $(PYTHON_INCLUDE) /usr/local/include /usr/include/hdf5/serial
坑3:import caffe 的时候boost_python不对
解决方法:PYTHON_LIBRARIES := boost_python-py35 python3.7m
坑4:下载protobuf-python-3.9.1版本,有些C++11的新功能,编译器不识别,降为3.3.0的版本能编译了。

protobuf降为3.3.0的方法:
不仅要编译caffe用的lib和include还要编译pycaffe要用的Python库。
Makefile文件改为:
INCLUDE_DIRS := $(PYTHON_INCLUDE) /usr/local/include /usr/include/hdf5/serial /usr/local/protobuf/include
LIBRARY_DIRS := $(PYTHON_LIB) /usr/local/lib /usr/lib /usr/local/protobuf/lib
再查看Python库是否正确:
source /etc/profile
