can't display New_York time on x axis D3 | angular-nvd3

问题

Can’t display East [NY] time on the x axis.

• I’m using Angular-nvD3 lib to display the chart

• Time comes in unixtime i.e 1544693400, 1544693700 and displayed like so:

  tickFormat: function(d) { return d3.time.format('%H:%M')(new Date(d * 1000)); }
