Hardware scaling the OpenGL surface with NativeActivity

For a GLSurfaceView, use:

surfaceView = new GLSurfaceView(this);
surfaceView.getHolder().setFixedSize(1280, 720);

For a NativeActivity, use:

int32_t ret = ANativeWindow_setBuffersGeometry(window, 1280, 720, 0);
