My website has about 20 thousand product images. Google Page Speed tells me they can be optimized, and it's correct - the difference is huge. Google is able to maintain identical quality and reduce the image size by 70-90%, and Page Speed even optimizes them for me and provides me with a link to the optimized image. This would be great if I only had a few images, but I can't manually update 20k images. I don't want to

I have searched for a good Mass Image Optimizer over Google to use on Windows or by PHP to optimize the Images of a Folder but none of them where so good like TinyPNG.com . Most of them raised the size instead to shrink. Google Pagespeed Insight likes the Sizes of TinyPNG but nothing compareable found. Any advice I can use? i know that Pngcrush is an image optimisation technique in iOS , but my doubt is does X-code will perform this internally during each build or before deploying our app to iTunes store we need to do this image optimization? Xcode does the conversion during build. The final app will have modified pngs, you don't have to do anything manually. The PNG crushing is done using the pngcrush tool which you can access manually with this command: xcrun -sdk iphoneos pngcrush -iphone ... Xcode will do this automatically for any files added to your target with the "PNG" file type: If you include resources
