问题 I am carrying out a dry-run of an imminent TFS 2010 migration upgrade to TFS 2013.5 on a dedicated Windows Server 2012 R2 Datacenter host, following the steps in [this YouTube tutorial] (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nm-WOLc-GQQ) by Mohamed Radwan. The intention is to keep the newly-implemented TFS 2013 running simultaneously with the TFS 2010 instance for a few days while we validate the migration upgrade.
