I'm looking for the "best" agile-friendly feature and defect tracking software. Currently, we are using fogbugz, but this is not terribly useful for teams following an agile methodology as far as I can tell. There are better tools for this, such as Greenhopper for JIRA. 问题 We have a five-member development team and will be building multiple internal projects in parallel. Upon researching, I find it is best to create one team project, even for our situation, correct? If so, would you please recommend how to set up proper iterations for the projects and timelines? TFS question - small team, multiple projects sounds similar to my situation, but I can't seem to get more than one "current" iteration in the TFS Agile process board. 回答1: Per team project you can have

问题 How do I add the business logic in a JIRA project where you can proceed to the next stage on only completing the earlier stages. I am aware that JIRA is a Agile scrum team tool, so it inherently is breaking fundamental agile principles. However, I am trying to define a Kanban workflow where a set of tasks needs to be completed before the next set of tasks can begin. I want to implement this business rule in my JIRA board. 回答1: This may not be the ideal solution, but one approach is to use sub

Let's say I'm coding an app that gives me the ranking of my site for a certain Keyword in Google. The user story goes like that: As an Internet Marketer I want to find out where my website ranks for a keyword So I'll know whether my SEO efforts work Now this is pretty straight forward and user centric... However, what happens if I need to introduce Proxies into the loop. On one hand, Proxies are technical implementation detail on

While redmine released 1.2.0, chiliproject just released 1.5.0 and ensure the themes and plugins are compatible. So the estimated values should resemble the Fibonacci series. But I wonder, why? The description of http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Planning_poker on Wikipedia holds the mysterious sentence: The reason for using the Fibonacci sequence is to reflect the inherent uncertainty in estimating larger items. But why should there be inherent uncertainty in larger items? Isn't the uncertainty higher, if we make fewer
