Cloud run: OpenBLAS WARNING - could not determine the L2 cache size on this system, assuming 256k and Worker timeout warning

Question

I use GCP cloud run to deploy python app, which includes Gunicorn 4 workers. Also the app is using Numpy and other asynchronous processes. When I first deployed it I configured
