Site giving 504 error in Chrome Mobile Simulator but loading well in Desktop mode

One of Client complaint that IIS/Sitecore site giving 504 issue in Chrome Mobile Simulator, it loads in Chrome Desktop mode but when we switch to mobile view then Site giving 50
