Can Delphi Indy OpenSSL Socket that supports max TLS 1.0 talk to the TLS 1.2 web server sockets?

Question

I am bound to use Indy 10.5.8.0 and its TIdSSLIOHandlerSocketOpenSSL supports only the following SSL options: SSL2 SSL23 SSL3, TLS1 (apparently TLS1.0, not TLS 1.1?). Nother hig
