Can anyone suggest me how to run a shell commandslike mv,cp etc and also python script from Android.bp file

Question

BASE_PATH := $(shell pwd) ,I want to convert this Android.mk command to its equivalent .bp command and also i want to run commands like mv,cp in command line from .bp file
