MLE error in R: Error in optim(par = c(a = 0, b1 = 0.3, b2 = 0.8, sigma = 0.5), fn = function (p): initial value in 'vmmin' is not finite

I have a question regarding the below issue I am having with mle() function from stats4 package (and mle2() from bbmle packag
