Is there a function for calculating Stein's unbiased risk estimate (SURE) in R?

I want to write a function that returns Stein’s Unbiased Risk Estimate, that is given by \\

SURE(m^) = ps^2 + ||g(x)||^2 + 2s^2 div(g(x)),

where g(x) is a function
