When using if statement, Error on TypeError: '<=' not supported between instances of 'float' and 'str'

Question

I am trying to write a gui to check heartbeat BPM value by use a pulse sensor and read the bpm value with pulse sensor and Arduino. Everything is ok and its able to run the code
