Table View Issues: trailingSwipeActionsConfigurationForRowAt indexPath not displaying buttons

Question

I am coding a to-do list app in which a user can swipe a cell, and this should show 2 buttons: delete and importance. When I run my code, the cell does swipe, yet the button doe
