TinyMCE 5 and Bootstrap 3.4.1 Modals — Works only one time

Question

I have a bootstrap modal that has 2 textarea blocks where I need to have a rich text editor. I\'m using Bootstrap 3.4.1 and TinyMCE 5. I can get the editor to work
