Redirect NameCheap domain hosted on Heroku (Flask + Python) from HTTP to HTTPS

Question

I have bought a domain on NameCheap and am hosting it with paid dynos on Heroku, which automatically gives it an SSL certificate. However, by default, the website when typed int
