ABP Samples: Microservice Demo, no data seeder (Create PermissionGrant) for new Tenant

Question

I user BackendAdminApp.Host to create new Tenant, but no permissions is inserted to AbpPermissionGrants table. Please help? my rabitMQ is work normally. Thanks you so much!
