Excel VBA: Date Format when I bring a date into a listbox and out to another sheet

I\'ve spent the last few hours trying to get this sorted out.. without luck. I have a spreadsheet with 68 columns, and 200 rows. I\'ve got a Userform that I can edit the sheet
