Horizontal RecyclerView inside horizontal ScrollView only scrolling RecyclerView in Android Studio

What I want to achieve:

I have a horizontal ScrollView that has two elements: a CardView and a horizontal RecyclerView. So, when the user scrolls horizontally, I want t
