Use PHP sessions with jquery

Sadly that you can mix server-side script (PHP) with client-side script (Javascript). However, you can use PHP to echo Javascript, like:

if ($admin == true || gebr_id == $_SESSION['id']){
    echo '<script>
               alert("Admin!");
               $("selector").function(); //
          </script>';
}
