How to stop “No Connection Availabe” “Socket Closed” dialog from RecyclerView item tapped in Android App

I\'m doing an printer app. When I refresh RecyclerView Item which was connected to API, start refreshing but before finishing refresh I tap on item and it goes to next fragment
