How can I create debug symbols of native project (c++, vcxproj) on Azure in pipeline and than use them in VS2017?

I have git repository on Azure with 3 projects:

  • StaticLib.vcxproj - Dynamic Library (.dll)
  • DynamicLib.vcxproj - Static l
