InstallHinfSection function does not let me to Install by absolute path

Question

I try to run rundll32.exe with 2 different calls.The first one works: rundll32.exe SETUPAPI.DLL,InstallHinfSection DefaultInstall 132 ".\\HvlMinifilter.inf"
