SPI HW NSS Incompatibility between STM32H7 and STM32F4

I am migrating code from STM32H7 to STM32F4

I face the following problems with SPI,

1-Hardware output NSS pulses is activated only with HAL_SPI_Init/HAL_SPI_DeInit
