APEX_WEB_SERVICE.parse_xml does not return a value with nested Namespaces

Question

I\'m using Oracle Autonomous 21c and calling an external SOAP Webservices. While using APEX_WEB_SERVICE.parse_xml it does not return a value if the response has nested Namespace
