Reading Multiple excel files having of Multiple different number of sheets with different headers and writing it into one excel file using Python

I have lets say 100 excel file in my directory. Out of 100, 25 of them have 2 sheets and 75 of them have 12 sheets. I wish to concat all the sheets (except1) into one single Dat
