Updating 3D Array with dynamic 3rd dimension [Issue: list indices must be integers, not tuple]

Question

I have a 3d array called rsfMRI_nonzero_timeseries of shape (20, 265, 174) which represents the no. of subjects, no. of regions and no. of timepoints respectively.
