IntelliJ IDEA does not open with idea64.exe but opens with idea.bat

Question

I am a user of IntelliJ IDEA, and it used to work properly. Yesterday, I removed Visual Studio 2019 from my laptop, and also some program files named \'Microsoft Visual C++ 2008
